Digital Detox

Step away from your phone for at least one hour a day. Constant notifications keep the nervous system in “fight or flight.” These moments of silence allow creativity and inner peace to return.

Mindful Breathing

Under stress, our breath becomes shallow. Taking a few deep diaphragmatic breaths stimulates the vagus nerve and calms the body. Even three slow breaths can shift your mental state.
