The data controller will be the business/company (Melas Spa & Wellness) where the service is provided.

- Execution of reservation processes and service delivery

4) Legal Basis
Data may be processed based on legal reasons specified in KVKK Art. 5 (establishment/performance of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, etc.). If required for special category personal data, explicit consent processes within the scope of KVKK Art. 6 should be applied.
5) Transfer
Personal data may be shared with service providers such as hosting, e-mail, payment and reservation infrastructure, only to the extent required by the service.
6) Retention Period
Data is retained for the necessary period within the framework of processing purposes and legal obligations; deletion/destruction/anonymization is applied after the period expires.
7) Your Rights Under KVKK
In accordance with KVKK Art. 11; you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information, requesting correction, deletion/destruction, objecting to processing activities.
